Leicester Student Accommodation
I lived in this accommodation during my 3rd year of university and I had a great experience. Knowing how the final year of university can be, I was grateful to live in a place where there were no issues or conflicts with the Landlord. Kev is a kind, understanding and accommodating landlord, available to answer any concerns and assist where he could. The room and shared kitchen and bathroom was immaculate and felt homely. I highly recommend.

Loved the accommodation. Been staying here for awhile and I love it. Every bit from kitchen to the bedroom was flawless clean. Mattress is brand new and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

I have struggled for months to find a place for me to stay. Kevin was literally heaven sent. He wanted to know me personally and get an understanding of the place I want to live in. He made sure that my happiness came first, He was so professional, so caring! I can genuinely feel that he is a good person alongside being a PERFECT director. I feel very secure thank you a lot Kev !

I stayed in this accommodation for my third year of university and had a great experience :) the rooms are quite spacious and decorated nicely. The landlords and maintenance are all kind, welcoming and are also really responsive and get any issues sorted in a matter of urgency. Staying here was a pleasant experience for me, for which I am sad to be leaving.

I stayed at LSA for 3/4 years of university, and I can't recommend them enough! The rooms are modern and spacious and I felt very comfortable there. My landlords were always ready to assist whenever I needed anything, and genuinely caring about their tenants' well-being and sooo understanding. If you're looking for an accommodation that will make you feel like you’re at home and landlords who go above and beyond, look no further. I highly recommend booking with them!

Kev is both a great landlord and host. I decided to stay after the first year experience and remained there for an additional 3 years. Our relationship relationship developed from tenant to landlord to later becoming friends.If you want a per1sonable landlord who listens and cares then look no further than LSA

Leicester Student Accommodation
I had stayed at LSA for 1 year especially during the difficult days of the lockdown. My whole stay was perfect and could not ask for a better home away from home. Kev made sure that I had everything which I needed was there even if it were the late hours at night. The room was clean and it was perfect to stay. Finally I would say students are welcomed because Kev takes care of the property as his own home and I can say from experience for it that staying over here would be the most hassle free things in student and uni life.
