Received delivery of a suite from ‘Furniture By Lauren’ this morning.We ordered the furniture in late October, but needed time to refurbish our lounge before requiring delivery. Lauren and Gavin took the order and arranged for the furniture to be available and ready for delivery to meet our exact timescale. The furniture was brought today by Gavin, and as part of the service, our old suite was taken away.From the time we entered the shop in October, until the completion of our purchase, we received 100% customer service from this excellent Family Business. We are very Happy with our purchase, and would not hesitate to recommend ‘Furniture by Lauren.’.

We stumbled across this store by chance. Very grateful we did. Excellent quality of bespoke furniture at high level spec. Wonderful and accommodating team offering care and consideration to the customer. Thank you all so much. The bespoke sofa looks amazing and we are thrilled with the service and quality. I have recently bought a dining table and chairs from Furniture by Lauren.My old dining table and chairs where in my back garden as I had just had a new kitchen fitted, Gavin and Lauren said they would take them away for me , but due to the chairs getting wet they were only able to take the table. Gavin said once the chairs were dry he would take them away for me and he was true to his wordIn the past I have bought a coffee table, nest of tables and a table lamp from Furniture by Lauren and everything has been lovelyI will be shopping with them in the futureI highly recommend anybody looking for lovely furniture and accessories for their living room, kitchen or bedroom to shop local at Furniture by Lauren, you get wonderful customer service

So pleased with settee and armchair, we spent weeks looking around the big stores to no avail, this shop has very stylish furniture, very helpful and informative staff, but no pushy sales people, quick delivery, arrived on time with very helpful staff, and a complimentary cleaning kit..good service from a local family business.

Saw a lovely suite advertised, needed to ask a few questions about sizes so I rang the shop, Gavin was extremely helpful, getting a tape measure and checking the floor to seat height for me, he then invited me to visit the showroom and sit and test for as long as necessary. The deal was done, the suite was delivered the following day, Gavin and James sat me in a corner to observe and worked round me, removed my old settee and moved the new furniture until I was happy. Highly recommended and will definitely go back. Thank you.

We called into the shop on a whim as we were in the market for a new suite. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and Lauren and Gavin answered all the questions we had in a professional but informal manner. We finally settled on a beautiful chair and sofa by Chloe and a Carrie Selkirk pouffe. They even offered to remove our old suite and take it to a charity outlet - all for free! The shop communicated with me a few days before delivery to ensure everything was okay and to suggest convenient delivery times. A few days later, the suite was delivered on time by Gavin and James, who did everything to ensure there was no damage to walls or lights as they removed our old suite and brought the new one in. James even removed the ceiling shade and wall mirror then replaced them after the removal was complete. The lads were polite and informative throughout, explaining exactly what they were doing as they went along. After they had put everything in place, they gave us a fabric cleaning and maintenance kit worth £40, absolutely free. I can't recommend Furniture by Lauren highly enough, the entire experience was prompt, polite and stress-free and the suite looks fabulous in our house. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic service and product.We ordered a 3 seater and chair in crush kingfisher, plus an accent chair in Paris floral, and a banquette stool, all from the Rosie collection. It is fabulous, so comfy, looks absolutely terrific, and you can spot the quality just by looking at it.Lauren, Gavin and James are knowledgeable and understanding, we can't recommend them highly enough. Quality all round!!

Wanted a new settee and chair, had a look around and saw what I wanted. Gavin gave me a great deal and was very helpful.I left the shop and two hours later, Gavin and James arrived with the furniture and took away my old settee. Great service, thanks guys. Would definitely recommend.

Oldham to London. Best sofa buying experience! I've been to almost all of the sofa stores in London then decided to call around & found some online reviews. Decided to call 'Furniture By Lauren'. Spoke to Gavin, who gave me a great offer on the sofa we were looking for. We had almost instant response to any queries we made including changing the colour of our sofa in the order. We were given enough notification before the delivery. They were simply amazing with great level of care, taking off the front door, going through 3 narrow corners of the flat. They are a great example of how a sofa company should be. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the sofa & looks beautiful in my living room. Thank you Gavin, James & Lauren.
