The Stow Jewellers

This was my second visit to Joanna's lovely shop in Stow. On my first visit my boyfriend purchased the most beautiful pair of pink pearl earrings that Joanna helped us to choose. I had a lovely experience in the shop and wear those earrings all the time and receive so many compliments on them.My second visit was to find a present for my mother, I knew I would find something perfect at The Stow Jewellers and Joanna went out of her way to help me find the right gift. Joanna even looked at pictures of my mother to determine her colouring and what might suit her best.In the future when I want to buy a gift, or treat myself to something special, I will be heading straight to Stow to see Joanna! She has curated a beautiful collection of pieces which you cannot find in London and is well worth a trip to see.

Bought a panther bracelet today and received not only a wonderful piece but outstanding service from the owner. Nothing was a problem for her I would send anyone here who is looking to upgrade their jewellery collection, perfect experience. The shop also has some of the prettiest items of jewellery I think I’ve ever seen!Thankyouu!

A jeweller located in a designed boutique area. Passed by and got a pair of mother of Pearl earrings. unique and delicate. The owner Jo was elegant and nice. I love Jo’s products. Would love to buy from her again.

The most stunning stock and kindest lady running the store, she is so helpful and so sweet. You can buy from the lovely selection or put a request in to source something. I've bought two pair's of earrings from here and have put a request in to source two specific items of jewellery! 10/10 service and experience xxx

We visited this jewellers whilst staying in the area (on a romantic break). I must say that the jewellery here is stunning. A nice range suiting different price ranges.Some of the pieces are very unique and all are stunning and pretty.The windows displays are extremely appealing and well laid out, and certainly catch your eye. They are beautifully subtle but stylish.Jo has a beautiful selection of delicate and pretty earrings. Despite only looking for one pair, my dear husband bought all three.Jo was so accommodating. You do not feel under pressure to buy anything. She is not about selling hard. Instead, Jo has this kind and genuine nature, which makes you feel at ease and comfortable to walk away if you do not find anything to suit (although you will if you like nice and different jewellery).Even though I went in with the view to buy some earrings, I could hat sat and talked to Jo all day. She is a lovely person, I truly feel like she provided a honest opinion and would not be afraid to advise you that something does not suit if you asked for her opinion and she thought this which is exactly what you want when buying something.The shop was lovely and clean. Very small, but it does the job. Also, I believe that the size of this shop makes the space and service feel more personal, so I would not recommend moving to anywhere bigger. It's a perfect size/location for perfect jewellery.Overall lovely, lovely jewellers and I will definitely visit again.Thank you Jo.

Called into Stow Jewellers whilst on a day out a few months back. We saw a couple of very nice rings that took my wife’s eye, but she couldn’t make up her mind. So we left it for a while, and, of course, that was that.Then, a couple of weeks ago, our ruby anniversary, I suggested we go back and see if they were still there.Unfortunately they had both gone.But after talking to Joanna, and boring her with this story, she said she might have something similar in her stockroom.Well, she came back with a gleaming ring that fitted my wife perfectly, and was sold instantly.From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we walked out with the ring, Joanna made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.She was friendly and polite, yet very professional and knowledgeable. Certainly no hard sale.The shop was very nice to look around with a good variety of stock.When we are in the market for jewellery again, this will be our first stop.

My Fiancé and I were visiting the area and we spotted some earrings in the window which were unfortunately no good but one conversation led to another and we ended up purchasing our wedding rings and much more suitable earrings. Brilliant jewellers!We came to Jo with two older diamond rings from my fiancé's nan, to be redesigned into one engagement ring. Jo was fantastic throughout the process, very professional and friendly with plenty of consultation and advice at each stage.The result is a fantastic ring that we love and would have made her nan overjoyed too. Thanks again and can't recommend this jewellers enough.

Amazing personal service and expert knowledge from Joanna during our purchase of an eternity ring. We were on a short break 120 miles from home and purposely sought out this delightful shop. It is a prime example of why internet retailers shouldn't always be the default choice. We'd highly recommend Stow Jewellers to anyone (and would give 6 stars if possible)
