A brilliant service. Glen spent a lot of time explaining the process to my nervous 94 year old mother. He used both irrigation and vacuuming to remove the wax the GP practice had failed to get rid of. I was able to get an appointment within days of my enquiry. The wait for vacuuming locally via the GP is ten months. My mum has poor mobility so having Glen come to the house made everything far less stressful than it would otherwise have been. He was knowledgeable, experienced and patient. This is obviously a paid for procedure, but the days of the NHS being able to offer this level of service are sadly over.

I apparently have freakishly tiny ear canals so it was a challenge to get them clear, Glen took the time to do it properly so I’m very grateful. I’m now hearing clearer than I have in a long time, so I absolutely would recommend his services :)

Brilliant service! My 97 year old father had been told by a nurse he needed his ears syringing. Glen was punctual, professional & did a wonderful job. Dad says his hearing is sharper & is sleeping much better!Thanks Glen

I couldn't have been happier with the service we received from The Mobile Hearing Clinic. My mother is housebound and required her ears to be clear of wax before a scheduled 'at-home' hearing test could be conducted. Glen was totally professional and mum was especially pleased with the results.

My dad has perforated ear drums and it was a struggle to get someone to remove the hard wax, plus with mobility issues going anywhere takes a lot of planning. We had a home visit from Glen, he came well equipped, polite and professional.The wax removal was a success. We would highly recommend this clinic and service.

Glenn has don't a fantastic job. My ears were badly blocked and causing me to lose sleep and stress. He came the same day I called and at tome that was convenient for me. He took his time to get rid of all the wax that was there. I would definitely recommend his service.
