Amazing shop, great selection of reasonably priced sweets. Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately this was let down by the miserable member of staff. Barely said a word while serving us. Not even a smile, a hello, or a thanks. It appeared like we were inconveniencing her by ordering ice creams. Probably won't be returning in a hurry. Its a shame

Absolutely brilliant customer service! I phoned up fairly last minute to request some gifts for an event I was hosting, the gifts I wanted had sold out, which was my own fault for not ordering in advance. However, the lovely staff went out of their way to quickly make up an alternative, which went down an absolute treat at my event. I wouldn't dream of buying my sweets anywhere else. I also love the fact that, where possible, staff offer to look after customer's dogs whilst they shop (dogs are understandably not allowed inside the shop). We are so lucky to have a Lolipops in Penwortham!

First time coming here. The staff were brilliant, watching my dog so we could all have a look in the shop. They were also really great with my kids. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!

Plenty of new and old style sweets great for the kids and oldies. I believe they even cater for larger events. Proms and such.
