David is such an awesome and honest guy to deal with. I ordered some parts through him that I was having trouble finding to work on a project bike. He got the parts and shipped them to me quickly, but the shipper lost the package somehow. I contacted David and he didn't hesitate to reorder them and get it sent off again. I was worried at first as this had been my first time ordering through him, but once we confirmed the package was indeed missing he offered to order the parts again or give me a full refund. I chose the order of course since that's why I came to him initially. He made sure everything was sent out to me and took every precaution he could to ensure I received the parcel the second time around. To those that have had trouble reaching him via email, he's a very busy guy that's essentially operating a 1 person shop. He'll get around to the emails, but if you call him directly he will answer you. He's such a genuinely good guy and a funny one at that, but his customer service is fantastic. He even gave me some tips on how to setup the bike as well, so it handles the way I'd like it to. Thank you so much for all of your assistance here!

I called Dave about my poorly old KTM that I'd been trying to wake up after a very long hibernation. The bloke is a mine of information about setting and tuning FCR carbs, even more so given that my issue involved a completely non-standard fitment for my bike. We had an entertaining conversation during which he gave me a huge amount of information and guidance. The jetting kit he sent was spot on and the bike burst back into life on the second press of the button.He's a top bloke and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone needing help with an FCR..
