The sales advisor I dealt with was not enthusiastic and was very reluctant to provide information on the car. Any questions asked by me during the initial enquiry also felt as if they were a disturbance to him. Post-sale, the same manner continued. I have been fortunate enough to later deal with another member of the sales team, who has been very helpful and knowledgeable, but I understand that sales advisor isn't normally customer facing so other customers probably would not benefit from her excellent service. Overall, I cannot recommend.

Buying my 2nd hand Ghibli i was made to feel like i was buying a brand new Ferrari .I traveled from the Northwest after a phone conversation and was not dissapointed, the car was exactly as described. It was a bank holiday Monday and the staff were helpful and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to make the 5hr journey and buy from them again.thank you

Before anything was done, I received a video to show the extent of the work to be undertaken by the technicians, and for my approval.What would be useful, not that I am questioning the results, is the same video to show how everything looked once all parts and fixes were in place, to provide a comparison.The staff were professional and earnest about their work, from the receptionists to the chief technician.An excellent job done on my Maserati Granturismo S: 3rd service (6-years), she drives like new. My wife has fallen in love with the car all over again!

I took a day off and drove an 80 mile round trip to discuss buying a new marserati at this dealer. The guy who dealt with did not give me any more information other that just answering my questions. I just felt like he was not keen on selling the car to me. It was not because the place was busy or anything, I was the only customer in that garage the whole time!Contrast this to my experience at a mercedes dealer a few months back where I went to have a look at a car for my wife. The guy was brilliant who spent 1 hr explaining all options, not being pushy, and signed the paper the same day.
