I could not recommend this surgery enough. My dad is a patient of this surgery. The reception is always kind and friendly they will always deal with any query in a professional manner and positive result. The doctors are very nice and professional. The best gp I have ever came across. Would highly recommend this practice. Keep the hard work up.

I've been with this partnership since 1988, and can't fault it. They've always looked after me well. The female Doctors are indeed very switched on, and Yes, Doc martin does work here, but men are by nature grumpy anyway. Most surgeries are under immense pressure, and if some people want the red carpet treatment, they should go private. Even Doctors are human. Top marks and keep up the good work!

RECEPTION:For some (strange) reason the receptionists here think they have the academic background/expertise to advise on when you should be booking a GP appointment, bizzare?!DOCTORS:Really depends on who you get, some are friendly others make you wonder why they chose a career which heavily involves working with other humans.FACILITIES:Are ok, relatively large waiting area. Car park is extremely small so best to park in Mercian Park Car Park just down the road.

0 Stars. Time wasters. They could do phone appointment, but want to see personally. So they can show numbers on book. (It's a business) Long wait for appointments. They will see you when you start feeling better. And when the problem re-occurs, again long wait. Time wasters.

I found Dr Rehman knowledgeable pleasant full marks for attitude also the 3 receptionists were friendly and helpful I have never had a problem with this surgery would recommend to anyone

I found this surgery really good, everyone has been really helpful! Last week, I did an econsult just wanting a blood form. I didn't feel I needed to see anyone but I was booked into see a GP!

It has become the worst surgery, whenever you call them to book they would say we are fully booked call in 2 weeks time and when you call again in 2 weeks time they would say call in 2 weeks time and it goes on and on and you don't get any appointment. The reception staff is very rude and have no ethics, very disappointed, looking to change the surgery.

For a short time I believed the receptionists at this surgery had improved. However, unfortunately, they're back to their rude and blunt manner where on the phone or face to face. The way in which they speak to their patients leave them feeling more vulnerable and at their mercy.Please Doctors address this situation, your reviews cry out the same message, yet nothing seems to be done about it.There is no need to speak down and in such a condescending manner to patients or anyone.

Came into surgery for my son, met one of the male doctors not sure of his name but had glasses I believe. Although he was helpful he seemed so unbothered and was leaning back onto his chair or should I say 'slouching' just seemed unprofessional and I felt awkward being there.. Otherwise as I'm new to the surgery has been okay as of now
