NEVER book with these guys for a party. Had a booking 6 months in advance. Gave us a call 2 weeks before the party AFTER we’ve paid the balancing amount and given out invites to our guests saying ‘we had a booking a year in advance which we didnt have on our system so we are going to cancel your booking’. Absolutely horrific and unreliable.
