Had our sofa delivered today. Absolutely love it extremely comfortable. Brought the matching chair last year. From the service from Richard and the brilliant delivery men who took their time to explain how it all works. Brilliant service highly recommend.

Needed to see and sample some easy chairs & they have a great selection in a large warehouse. Very pleasant people ready to give advice and help, but in without any hard sell. We'll certainly go back when the choice is made.

We bought two Stressless Chairs approx 3 years ago. We did have some problems with the manufacturing issues with the chairs. These were sorted out by the staff at Easy Chair thru the manufacturers, they kept us informed all the way through until the problems were resolved. That continual support 3 years after purchase still exists today, where further problems with the chairs have arisen again. We cannot praise the staff enough for their help and professionalism throughout, a really good company. We would definitely recommend them.

We went with my elderly father to buy a chair from this company and they couldn't of been more helpful. I told them that due to my dad being so poorly we needed the chair that day and they pulled all the stops out to deliver that evening. The people were so friendly and we gave a tip for a wonderful service. Very sadly my dad passed away in hospital a few days later so chair was only used for half a day. I contacted the company as we paid a lot of money for the chair and explained the situation but they refused to take back the chair. I even said we were happy to give it back at a reduced price but again they refused. Our experience therefore with this company is very bitter sweet. I am posting to help this from happening to someone else.

I couldn't rate Easy Chair more highly - amazing service from Olivia on the phone to owners who delivered the sofa. I didn't get to see the product in person until it was delivered but it was exactly as described. Olivia was so helpful in assisting me with any pictures or further information to help me make my decision. The owners were really friendly and ensured COVID guidelines were followed on delivery. They took the upmost care when moving the sofa and provided me with some advise on cleaning, maintenance and care of the sofabed. The price, quality and time to deliver the sofa was easily the best compared to other well known brands! I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them.
