I worked with Lewcon on our AV needs across many meeting rooms and common spaces in our brand-new office in early 2023. Lewcon were nothing short of fantastic from the initial meetings to the many different specifications we had, from the varied quotations we asked for to answering many, many questions without too much complicated tech-jargon. They were careful to ensure we were aware of everything that was going to be done and the associated timelines, costs and works. Lewis, Connor and every member of the team was punctual, professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The install went without significant issues and the training Lewcon provided was easy to follow and thorough. We have chosen to continue with their support service which has been so helpful, even when issues have not strictly been things that fall into their remit; the team are always happy to offer advice, guidance and work with our IT team to assist where they can. We are extremely happy with the service and very satisfied with the equipment and kit we were recommended and used. Highly recommend Gordon, John and the team at Lewcon. They helped to successfully deliver a critical project for Connecture recently. When faced with additional requirements & out of scope challenges created by others whilst on-site, they acted professionally at all times and circumvented potential disaster by making design alterations and improvements whilst keeping within budget and meeting the already tight timescales.
