Made an appointment and he arrived ahead of time but sent me a text beforehand. A pleasant change from what seems to be the present trend of giving an arrival time that can be plus or minus two hours. Identified and fixed the problem within minutes.Left me the rest of the day.Excellent service would recommend him on all points.

Thank you Craig for being so honest - just phoned as oven stopped working- Craig talked me through a potential issue with the timer that I could fix myself - it worked and I will know what to do if it ever happens again- Craig could have come out and charged a call out fee quite legitimately but he didn’t- it’s so nice to experience a decent service.
