Poppy's Potting Shed

I’m a regular shopper at Poppy’s potting shed for myself and for presents. Recently attended the fizz and florals workshop with my mum, had a great time and great value for money. Despite really hot weather some of the florals have lasted over two weeks and I have dried others to last forever! Here are the flowers on the day and then the remaining ones two plus weeks later

Been shopping here for over a year, never had a bad plant. The quality here is top notch, Anna is lovely and the prices have always been fair. Great selection of pots & sundries, the vibe is fab with a cool couch and coffee on so you can take your time. And it's dog friendly, bonus!

Last week my daughters took to me Poppy’s potting shed for a over due Mother’s Day gift , what a wonderful experience we all had flowers and fizz.It was a flower arranging workshop run by Anna the owner.Learnt lots of tips and tricks on how to do your own arrangements and how to prepare your flowers.We all got to choose a vase , we had lots of beautiful flowers and foliage to choose from all completely our choice.We had lots of help and coaching from Anna , plus glasses of fizz , lots of laughter.Best of all we all got to take our arrangements in the vases home with us.Mine a week on are all still beautiful shows the quality of the flowers we used. Would not hesitate to do another.Thank you Anna x

The most beautiful shop. Made my wedding bouquet with very little notice and did the most amazing job. It lasted a full two weeks, even after being out in the sun all day.Gorgeous selection of plants and lovely staff. Highly recommended ❤️

Went to the summer special ‘plants and Prosecco’ evening and I cannot recommend enough! A great atmosphere to catch up with friends and so many gorgeous plants! Already planning my next visit to expand on the jungle of plants I bought from the evening. So much choice and all reasonably priced! And some really gorgeous pots too!

As a regular visitor to Poppy's potting shed to purchase a selection of the lovely plants and flowers available, I was thrilled when Anna decided to run a florals and fizz workshop, me and my sister booked on for a mother's day treat for our mum. The afternoon was relaxed and fun but informative on how to prepare your flower bouquet at home. I was pleasantly surprised at my display following the guidance given, and Anna gave time to each person to offer advice and tips.Thank you for a wonderful afternoon Anna ❤️

Lovely shop with a lovely owner - we were shopping for plants for a closed system terrarium and got 3 little cuties and a small plant pot. It’s a dog friendly joint and a very small old pooch parked his bum on my girlfriends foot. 10/10 would recommend.
