The guys at A Grade Windows and Doors were brilliant from start to finish. So approachable and easy to get on with. They answered any of my questions quickly and got my new door in without any mishaps. The finish of the door was beautiful and so easy to design. I would recommend them to any one who is considering a new front door

Tom was amazing from the off.Knew exactly what we was after. But have us a great choice. As we was on a tight schedule of works he made sure we got the job done in time. Communication has been great all way through.Would not hesitate to recommend these guys in the future

Fantastic job from start to finish!!Been after some French doors for a long time and these guys certainly came up trumps.They visited my house ( not a phone call) measured up and later that day sent me a quote which I was extremely happy with.I paid a small deposit up front which you expect these days to confirm booking.They turned up on time and started working. No long breaks or disappear the lads doing the job stayed and worked till it was completed.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Agrade windows and doors just wish I had known about them soon.Thanks guys great job!!!!

A grade were fantastic start to finish. They were very accommodating with everything, even when we changed our minds! Their pricing was very competitively, and felt they gave us their best price straight away whilst we had to fight and haggle with other companies.Customer service was fantastic, with Tom and Greg being very friendly and quick with replies to texts and phone calls for any questions and queries.The team were also exceptional, and very professional, willing to work late when our 50 year old windows wouldn't budge!Overall amazing service, and would highly recommend. The pictures speak for themselves, transformed our house.

We initially had a quote for some French doors and a window. The window was urgent and Tom managed to get it manufactured and fitted within 2 weeks (lifesaver). We were so happy with the service, we asked him to come back to measure up for another 2 windows.Price was good and we proceeded with the order.The French doors and windows look amazing. The fitter were brilliant. Super helpful, polite and tidied up afterwards too.They even adjusted my front door as they noticed it was slightly out. Top blokes!Now having them quote us for a new conservatory.Thanks again guys. Super happy customer.

Really happy with my new composite door and frame. Greg and Tom are both very approachable and professional and kept me informed throughout and work was checked to make sure I was happy with everything. The fitters were hard working, tidy and polite. Great service from start to finish. Lots of choices for design and colours. Communication was great with photos of what I ordered would look it. Fitters turned up on time, very friendly and respectful. Before they left I checked everything over and asked for a couple of changes which were no problem for them to do. Had quite a few quotes and they came up as being the best. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Tom and his team came out initially to quote for 3 windows and a front door, this quote was given promptly, once accepted the windows were measured to ensure correct sizes were ordered within a day of accepting a quote.4 weeks later the team arrived and took 2 days to to the job, the lads were professional and tided up as they went, taking away all old door and windows without leaving a mess. We are delighted with the result and we have even asked for them to come back later in the year to look at replacing our conservatory windows.They were a delight to work with and I can't recommend their services highly enough.
