Orchard Mews Care Home

Staff are very caring, which is the primary concern when looking for a care home. Food and accommodation are also pretty good compared to some others. Definitely worth a consideration!

My dad is doing so well at this care home, I really can’t fault it.

OK so unfortunately this will be my last review of Orchard Mews. Our mam lived here for 10 months. The staff here are amazing. From care staff, housekeeping, kitchen,entertainment. I apologise if I have left anyone out. Our mam was looked after as if she was part of the family. During covid we were still doing Zoom calls. On behalf of the Sheeran daughter's thank you so much. Unfortunately our mam passed away peaceful on the 7th of October. Unexpected.Anyone looking to give your loved ones a home. This place is wonderful. I can't recommend it enough. So a last huge big thank you to you all. You made our mams life full of joy and happiness.Thank you allMargaret, Wendy and LesleyXxxx

Our mam is currently a resident at orchard mews, 5 years so far. I can strongly recommend it , the personal care is top quality. The facilities are great and the staff are very attentive. Our mam feels like she is with family and that's the general experience we all feel .The meals are so good and we have enjoyed lunch or tea with her many times .In general, it has the best quality of care and support for residents and family in the area .
