I have been dealing with RR Edinburgh since 2015 and now on my second Rolls Royce from them. The service has been exceptional from start to finish when buying my car and also when getting my cars serviced. Been lucky enough to attend some events in this garage before and after Scotland rugby Internationals and they have been excellent! Friendly staff and always a great atmosphere.

I went bk to this place yesterday morning an afternoon to take somemore photos of these cars there, this was my first car showrooms for a long time ago i have been to this Rolls Royce Motor cars showrooms for six times i took photos of the new Rolls Royce wraith what a beautiful car an the new 4x4 vehicle its so beautiful inside this car as well they are all lovely cars there to see an take photos of these vehicles there the staff are very helpful indeed an friendly with you can ask them questions about this cars there, i went bk to this place yesterday afternoon but you have to make appointment to take photo's of these cars now because of this bloody Covid virus-19 its keeping me away from the taking photo's of these cars in the Rolls Royce Motor cars in Edinburgh showrooms

Only interested in your business if you’re spending £200K plus!After treating myself at Christmas to a 2009 Phantom to add to my collection, purchased from ‘Down south’, I thought I’d buy some ‘Edinburgh Rolls Royce’ number plates for the new private Registration.After 2 phone Calls to show room, (where they said they’d email their parts dept. To call me back) and 2 further calls to parts department by myself, with messages left on their Answer phone!Still NO joy! ( Not even a call back to say they couldn’t be bothered in such a pitiful sale, go away Sir!)I voice message on their answer phone says “ sorry, we are currently helping other ‘GUESTS’! “(Maybe they’re running a B&B on the side?! )I’d consider myself a ‘customer’ not a guest?!Maybe not one buying a new car but a potential paying ‘customer’ nonetheless!My Phantoms last invoice for a service at the excellent ’Sunningdale Roll’s Royce’ in Surrey was just over £13,000 and the service before that, a year or so ago cost £20K+So it’s a well maintained vehicle with full RR service history.Unfortunately, the ‘main dealer’ RR service history will not include ‘Edinburgh’!! Rolls Royce.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.(My Number plate’s now being sent up from ‘Sunningdale Roll’s Royce’ ! Travelled from the North East today to the Rolls Royce Edinburgh Showroom. Had a fantastic experience thanks to Gary Beattie. He was patient, knowledgeable (in fact product knowledge was phenomenal) and most hospitable. The showroom has a great selection of vehicles to view in a relaxed and luxurious environment. And the coffee is great too!

Picked up my car from this modern showroom. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary. He was informative and clearly well experienced in selling high end cars. He understood my needs and made the whole experience enjoyable.
