Got a flat tyre and limped onto the forecourt to see if Flo Tyres could help me out. They were so helpful and friendly. They changed my wheel for the spare immediately and without charging me anything! So kind and really helped me out of a pickle. Amazing service - thank you!

Superb service right from the start! The ladies in reception were very polite, knowledgeable and provided an instant quote for two new front tyres, fitted and balanced. Within 24 hours of my quotation the tyres had been delivered to Flo Tyres, so I took the car back down for tyre fitting, that's when I met Damien, who was polite and courteous and as it became clear took great care with the tyre fitting on my 20 year old cherished car. Damien in my opinion is a man with huge experience in his job, he's careful (taking care to position the car correctly for jacking up) quick and a perfectionist too (taking care to remove any finger marks from my alloys after the tyre fitting) I would certainly return to Flo Tyres and would have no hesitation in recommending their tyre supply and fitting service. They're a great team and a pleasure to do business with.

To the rescue!My car had a punctured tyre on Bank Holiday Friday and I discovered that he locking wheel nut key had been broken by a previous tyre replacement company. Flo Tyres fitted me in as an emergency, completed the work on a very busy day and ensured I had my car available for the Bank Holiday weekend.The service is friendly, efficient and I've since been back to have the rest of the wheels nuts replaced and was really pleased with the speed and communication of the garage.Highly recommended.

Just had a puncture and had to get the tyre replaced. Was using the spare so the guys didn't have to refit, but they did. They also got a colleague to double check the torque pressure on the wheel nuts. They balanced all 4 tyre pressures and reset the auto pressure check on the car in seconds without the manual. I've not experienced such great customer service. Highly recommend and will go back of the next set of boots!

I work as a doctor and I cannot express how grateful I am to David and his colleague for their help today. I had a bolt in one of my tyres which they repaired within an hour. They were both working voluntarily today in order to assist key workers. You have no idea how much this means to those of us who work in the NHS, a truly humbling experience. Thank you once again. Just had a tyre changed on my Mercedes with Flo Tyres. Called and ordered me the tyre on Monday and was fitted while I waited on the Tuesday! Very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be using flo tyres in the future.

I received such kind and helpful customer service when I couldn't get my tyre cap off to check low pressure. Dropped in unannounced and Dave and his colleague got the cap off - replaced the valve and refitted the wheel so I could carry on with home visits without a long delay. Thank you so much for assisting me - would recommend your tyre service and garage. I would use you if I didn't live the other side of Sussex!

Absolutely fantastic service.I had 3 screws in a van tyre and was fitted with a new one in 20 minutes.Very helpful advise also.Great service from the guys
