I had flank pain fever , and nausea I get intermittent catheter , I was very unwellThey asked me to bring urine sample I did then they said dr wouldn't prescribe you antibiotics as he doesn't have time and doesn't have time to call you call after six oclock out of hours , and I am high risk pt and get flank pain and all uti symptoms drunk like three litres did tell them my urine dip can be negative because I drunk too much fluids he still told her to for out of hours despite my fever flank pain

Phone rings and rings now when you call, rings and rings and no answer, not sure why but in my opinion this surgery has changed a lot since Dr Hughes took over

If I could give less than one star I would. Dr Hughes is absolutely useless, and so is everybody working at this practice.From fu*king up my prescriptions, to telling me to ring Boots instead to get a tetanus shot after I had been bitten by a dog (the person in boots laughed at the stupidity of this), to referring me to the wrong hospital for a private appointment that I then had to pay for. Absolutely ridiculous, go to any GP in Belfast but this one!!!

Rachel the receptionist is an ignorant woman. She is on the radar now! have had receptionists from here before that were extremely rude to sick people and she is one of them. Don’t care about the circumstances COVID no Covid should not be treating sick people like that.

Wanted to share my experience as you rarely seem to hear good reviews for GPs. I have found the receptionists are quick to answer and direct my call. I have been seen by a GP promptly and provided with person centred care have had a good experience overall

Excellent surgery. Phoned in relation to a problem with my toddler at 5.15pm, and was able to collect a prescription directly from the chemist at 5.45pm the same day. First class service, well done to all staff.
