We bought a used Toyota Corolla from Marshall Peterborough a week ago. I rarely give feedback on purchases but I do have to say what a pleasure it was dealing with them and Graham in particular who's customer service was exemplary. Absolutely no sales pressure but thorough in explaining every aspect of the transaction and great follow up to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.

After many bad experiences with other garages, it was refreshing to deal with Ron who genuinely cared about the situation and was helpful from start to finish. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating. They can't seem to do enough for you in order to make sure you are happy and satisfied. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Jared was so helpful, taking the time to explain everything all the way through. He was very patient with me and always had a smile and put me at ease instantly.

Review regarding Peugeot who was superb with us yesterday.We have come across many sales representatives over the years but none on this level. Ron was excellent with us and every bit dependable, with communication and trustworthy with the support given and collecting our new car. He made us feel valued and went above and beyond with us.
