Derek replaced our pump this morning. The overall experience was exceptional. He gave us options for the repair, gave honest advice on which would be better, and did it all at a very reasonable cost. It would appear that Whirlpool bath engineers are quite rare, this one is a gem. I am very happy to recommend him.

Pump on our Whirlpool Bath stopped working. Contacted Derek via his website. Very prompt response, talked me through the problem after I sent him a couple of photographs and a short video. Agreed price, and date for repair. Turned up on time, replaced the pump ran checks and now all working fine.Excellent service, very highly recommended.

Derek was able to come round very quickly, diagnosing and fixing the problem straight away. Despite access to the workings of the airbath being extremely difficult and awkward, he stuck to his quoted call out charge. Very pleasant and no hesitation in recommending him.

Cant thank you enough Derek for your amazing support and guidence getting my whirlpool bath up and running after it had been broken for the last two years. Having tried a few times to find some with the expertease an interest to help with my 12 years old Jaccuzi bath and finding your number by chance Im so pleased and greatful l i picked up the phone to call. Rang Derek at DPN for advice on a spa bath as we've just moved in to a new house and whilst the light was coming on nothing was happening.Instead of arranging an expensive call out, Derek suggested simply filling the bath up further to see if it started and amazingly this did the trick.Thank you so much Derek, we will definitely keep your details for future should we need your services and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy spa bath repair company.

What a fabulous find! It is so difficult to identify parts and engineers for Jacuzzi baths - I had tried lots of companies who were unable to help. Derek was amazing from the start with his immediate response, his communication throughout and his diagnosis and repair of the problem over the telephone. He was so reassuring and I am confident that had a visit been necessary he was ready with an alternative solution. Thank you Derek can't recommend you highly enough!!

I eventually found Derek after a few weeks of researching the right person to repair my bath. It quickly became apparent that he was an expert in this specialist area, driving 140 miles wasn't a problem & within 30 minutes the work was completed faultlessly. Derek answered my cry for help on Friday and came down today to fix my whirlpool bath. Derek was punctual and very polite. Once he ascertained that the old switch would not work, he installed a new switch and it works again. Derek explained what the problem was and his solution and I am really pleased to have the bath in full working order. Derek offers good value for money and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing such services. Thanks Derek
