I contacted Smallthorne Carpets as an urgent fitting was required.Where do I start to give credit to a service.Firstly, has to be Janet, who first answered my desperate call, she is an absoloute diamond and pulled out all the shots to get the carpet, got a measuring date and fitting sorted. She really helped in a time of need and I thank her so so much (pay rise I think) .Then to the measuring, took time out to make sure my measurements were correct, thank god you did because the ones I gave werent right. Your friendliness and service was outstanding.The carpet fitters arrived the next day as planned, on time and did a great job, they were polite and efficient.Why use a big business when you can get great service like this..You guys are great and will call you again soon .. thankyou..
