A wonderful, funny and spooky tour through Stirlings past with the most authentic guide you could ask for. In character all the time and extremely entertaining. Not for the faint hearted!

just back from the Stirling Ghost tour OMG the happy hangman rankin was amazing his tales , jokes , dialect and folklore we absolutly loved it !!!! I would highly recommend and I'll be sure to remove any chicken bones when I'm making soup in future so I dont end up the same demise as our happy hangman or I may too be haunting stirling with the rest of the spooks and brightly coloured ladies of the spirit world

Great ghost tour! Informative and entertaining, with a nice wander through the beautiful cemetery. Great value, too - better prices than the Edinburgh ghost tours, with smaller group sizes.

Was on tonight's walk with a largish family group of wife, young son (14) and daughter (11) and university aged son with his girlfriend. And our dog!We all loved it. There were laughs and there were spooky bits. We got to see some of the old town and hear some of the darker tales from local history.If you find yourself in Stirling, this is a wonderfully entertaining evening and well worth the entry price.

Booked onto the Ghost Tour as part of our honeymoon activities and we were not disappointed. Absolutely fantastic tour and wonderful ghost host!!! We even got a very thoughtful gift from the spectre himself!!Funny and informative, a great way to spend an evening! Highly recommended!!

We had a grand time listening to the tales of the misfortunate, scandalous and hauntingly mysterious souls of Stirling. David (Master Rankin) was a joy to listen to, as he regaled us with history and lore.Thank you for taking our party of two on such an enjoyable walk.

This is one of the best ghost walks I have been to. Informative, interesting, entertaining, and excellent value for money.There was only a small group of us so that was great too, as everyone was involved.I would highly recommend this tour. The Happy Hangman is well worth a visit!

A phenomenal ghost walk, presented by an incredibly talented actor and orator with a very deep knowledge of local lore and mythology. While this is not a scary ghost walk per se, the entertainment quality was superb, and the presenter is apt at ensuring that both young and old attendees get enjoyment from it; he would often include the younger members of the tour in practical roles to engage them. At the end of our walk, the presenter was kind enough to indulge those of us who had an interest in mythology in a chat about the area and about further areas of folklore that he was extensively knowledgeable about. If you're in the area, I can't recommend this lovingly-crafted tour enough; it's well worth the trek up to get to the rendezvous point!
