NYWines Wine Bar, Great Shelford, Cambridge wine bar | Our Cambridge wine bar menu has the classics - cheese, charcuterie & antipasti boards, anchovies, sardines, chorizo but also an ever-changing selection of hot weekly specials, usually main course size. We have over 35 wines by the glass and choose any bottle from the shop and pay just £10 corkage

Lovely wine bar with friendly staff and atmosphere. They've got a large range of wines available by the glass, so plenty to try! The food is also delicious, well worth a visit. Definitely book unless you're just popping in for a drink.

First visit after driving past for months. Yes it's a wine shop (and a bloody good one at that), but there is a great selection of wines on the menu to drunk in by the glass, carafe or bottle. We had a glass of the Shiraz each and liked it so much we bought a bottle to come home with. Oh and the snacks, very superior and the bread is to die for! Can see this becoming a firm favourite of mine

My husband and I have recently moved to Shelford and thought we’d try the wine bar one Friday evening. I stupidly booked the wrong week but when I rang up to ask if it could be changed, the gentleman on the phone was really accommodating and managed to fit us in that evening. We were made to feel so welcome immediately on arrival and the service was great throughout the evening. We had a lovely bottle of rose to drink and two boards of cheese and charcuterie (for one) to eat. It was truly excellent and we can’t wait to come back! 100% recommend this fantastic establishment!

What a great hidden gem! Stumbled upon whilst visiting Cambridge for the weekend and spent a lovely couple of hours enjoying the atmosphere and trying some of the fabulous wines by the glass. Bought delicious bottle to take back to have with our dinner. Will definitely visit again when in Cambridge next. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! I'm in NZ and ordered wine for Xmas gifts for people in the UK. Noel and Dan were extremely helpful in answering my questions and had a very good range of NZ wines on offer. The packages arrived exactly as planned and the recipients were very happy indeed. Many thanks for such great customer service.

Popped in for a drink- not made particularly welcome. Was offered a table to sit at, but a reserved sign was promptly put on the table. We asked about food, but was told it wouldn’t be available until after 6pm, but the table was required at 6.30pm. (It was 5.15pm when we sat down). We had two drinks each and olives and bread. Just short of £40, and included a 10% tip!! Very poor in these difficult days, so we left without eating.

A fantastic spot for a delicious glass (or two) of wine! The atmosphere is cosy and bright, being surrounded by bottles of wine is really unique - its such a stylish space.The team here are so knowledgeable about their wines, and the food was fabulous too!Can’t wait to go back
