Fed up of all the mistakes made with food orders. I usually order through Just Eat and every order for the past 4 weeks + has been wrong. Just Eat won't comp us even though we are loyal customers. Mcdonalds NEED to have someone with a pen tIcking off items as they go into the bag. Someone always ends up without part of their order and goes hungry. SORT IT OUT MCDONALDS

Don’t understand how you mess up an order so much? Ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger, 6 nuggets and a banana milkshake- and received a cheeseburger with everything on it, 9 nuggets and a vanilla milkshake? Like literally nothing in the order was right this could be so dangerous if someone were to have an allergy

Order was wrong AGAIN. Sauces missing as usual.Asked for a Big Mac no meat as I’m veggie, but got meat - I don’t think that these people actually read the orders.Just as well I checked everything before driving off. Guy at the counter was lovely and very apologetic though.

Never again. Supposed to be fast food. 25 minutes from ordering to getting food. When I enquired about my food was told by assistant manager Jordan can you not see we're busy". Asked for his name as I told him his manner was sarcastic to which he replied "its Jordan have a nice day. Avoid at all costs if you want slow service and cold food"

Avoid at all costs. Never take any responsibility for their mistakes & pass it on to just-eat.co.uk, who are just as bad. £9 for a basic cheese burger?? Absolute joke!! And their business mangers attitude is shocking!!!The Pictures are supposed to be The Big & Cheesy with Bacon. You can clearly tell is a basic Cheeseburger!!

Went here in the way home after a concert in Glasgow about midnight, very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Manager told us it would be 3 or 4 minutes for our chips and offered us a free coffee each as an apology which we gladly accepted! Food was fresh and very tasty. All round a great job!

This McDonald's was recently refurbished and now looks extremely bland inside. White tiles and no colour. They have also hidden the kitchen away and the serving counter is now round a corner from the staff so they take ages to realise anyone is there. The new style and layout is a massive FAIL, but food is same as usual and staff are helpful.

Was using drive through waited about 20 mins while six delivery drivers left building with orders then then got home and order was missing fries again this is the worst managed mcds in North Lanarkshire

Paid nearly £30 for worst mcds of my life even my 4 year old wouldn't eat it. Had to go back twice as forgot happy meal drink and mozzarella sticks. Chips were freezing cold and soggy cheese burgers and big macs were freezing they actual tasted like weren't even cooked we went in at 11am so wasn't busy and waited 20 minutes for food. This is by far worst mcds I have ever had. Only positive was toilets were lovely and clean.
