Friendly staff and typically seen on time.However, my latest appointment missed a developing abscess, and I now need significant root canal treatment and am in severe pain. I have decided to go elsewhere as a result.I understand throughput is important, but not at the expense of missing serious things.

I had an amazing experience at MyDentist. I was in awful pain and have a fear of the dentist, but Ryan and Paige made my visit very calm and easy.No pain at all and very professional.Any dental treatment I will be returning to them! Highly recommend:)

Whilst very polite on reception the NHS waiting list is 4 and a half YEARS! This is not a joke or a review to cause harm to what I suspect is a lovely practice.

On Behalf of my Husband John .Wojcik has been Treating Him for 13 years as a Denplan Patient. The Service he has had has been Amazing by Him and His Assistants .As we are re locating we can only Recommend Wojcik as a Highly Professional Dentist who makes Patients feel at Ease .

This place is going to nowhere.!Deliberately my family check ups appoitments were cancelled so many times just before date of our due time.Each time we had to wait another at least 6 months !!I was curious why they not letting patients now early enough if they are fully aware that a doctor is long term off sick?!Receptionist shared the info that menagement asked them to practice this tactic .Not everyone can afford private service !!Sad , very sad how people are treated by NHS and especialy by this MyDentist menagements. Shame.Update:Yes I am your patient.. review not by mistake.Thanks.

Only went in for a check up.But thanks to my dentist Fran and nurse Charlotte a very serious situation has been spotted. Due to their diligence and skill, communication has been made to the hospital to take it from now on.Huge thanks.Sarah

Total shambles here avoid it at all costs, orthodontist has left and they cant replace him so will leave you/ your family high and dry with no referral measure or support. just basically told to find somewhere else. if your waiting for an appointment or holding your breath they will recruit someone. you will be holding your breath a long time.

Always have good experiences here. Todays visit was no different. Was checked in swiftly. Given clear directions to the waiting room. Sat in the waiting room for roughly 8 seconds before being called in. Me and my boy were very well looked after by Fran and Charlotte. Who were great with a slightly nervous 5 year old, and a slightly nervous 32 year old.

Have been an NHS patient with MyDentist for a number of years and always found it to be a good enough service, but recently it's just spiralling downhill and clearly the NHS patients are taking the brunt of this. I had a check up appointment in December that was cancelled by the practise, I called at the end of November to rearrange and make an urgent appointment because of toothache. I was told that my toothache wasn't severe enough to warrant an urgent appointment and that the earliest appointment they had for a checkup was in August!!! I very much doubt that their private patients have to wait that long to be seen; feels like a strategic plan on the part of MyDentist to cull the last few remaining NHS patients.

Consecutively bad experiences at this practice. Three bad experiences. A tooth removal which was ripped out in less than 10 seconds, so was then chucked into the waiting room to nearly pass out.Teeth whitening experience which never happened as they had the wrong moulds, but they still tried to force the moles in my mouth anyway knowing full well they weren’t my teeth. Check up - after being 15 minutes late for an appointment, when I’m usually kept waiting for at least 15 minutes , I’m told I will have to re-book. Really bad experiences. Thanks
