Owlerton Greyhound Stadium

On behalf of Peak Oil Products:We hosted a work's social with over 50 people in attendance, on the 5th of November. The food, staff and entertainment were exceptional, and we would like to thank all the members of staff for being so attentive and providing excellent service. We would certainly recommend this place to any other business wanting to find a venue for their socials!

What a fun night. Team building work event, the staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The place is clean, the food is amazing. Thank you to everyone who make this a brilliant night out. The dogs were so cute, Ivy was adorable.

Visited here in the Panorama restaurant. The one taking our bets was super friendly and had a good conversation with us. Food was a mixed bag, some things were really great and others a bit flavourless and cold. Had to request veggie cabbage as the one provided had meat in it but they did this no problem and gave me a big bowl to myself. We come every year and will be returning in the future.

A really lovely stadium, with amazing atmosphere and the carvery was one of the best we have had.

Went for a friend's birthday and I fell back in love with a night at the dogs again. Was on a Tuesday night so wasn't too busy. Had chicken and chips from the snack bar which was part of a deal we got with entry and the chips were really nice, had to go back and buy another portion. Reasonable drinks prices and we are already planning our next visit. There are always plenty of deals on, and I've heard good things about the restaurant so that will be our next visit for sure.

Went on Saturday night, for the first time in a while....completely different experience to every time we've been in the last 15yr!Nowhere to stand and put down our drinks, in either of the bars, we ended up stood round a bin cupboard. They've put more tables in but they were all reserved. We used to stand against the front wall , which has a view of the finish line. But they've put tables all way on. They've also changed the betting systems on the screens. It used to give you the odds, now it gives you the pay out price, but as soon as the race starts, the screens go off. Then next race card comes up and you've no idea how much you'll win .Races used to be roughly 6.30pm to 10.45pm, but last race was at 9.15pm!! It's not a night out anymore. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon.

We had so much fun here. We ate in the restaurant and the experience was amazing. We had a perfect view of the track. Also, you don’t have to leave your seat to bet or collect your winnings. Out of curiosity, we ventured down to the main floor and the atmosphere was totally different. I do not recommend the main floor. It’s a different vibe. I would only go to Owlerton if I was in the restaurant. There is also a casino next door but we did not go.

We had a brilliant time watching racing and monster trucks at owlerton stadium.Great atmosphere, and the trucks and racing was superb.Parking was £3, we took our own food and drinks but also bought ice-creams which were very reasonable. The chicken and chips looked very good.We'll definitely be back to see some other events.

Thoroughly enjoyed our night at the dogs to celebrate a friends Stag Do. We had a good table overlooking the track and had a great time. The drinks are more expensive than expected but the food was hot and ideal. We will return!
