Waited an hour and a half. Asked for my split ends to be cut off and yet she couldn’t even cut them off. Considering my hair was cut for two minutes I just think it’s a joke. This new management needs to step up.

I've been getting my hair cut and my nails done here for a while. The girls are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Just had a cut and colour and it's excellent.

staff complain constantly about management, management who are nowhere to be seen. Staff don’t get paid on time and have to ask for their wages. I have been told by Staff they have to use and reuse dirty towels for several different clients. They chuck them in the dryer then put them out as clean. ???? Do you really want your hair dried with the same towel they just used on someone else ??? Oh how standards haven’t dropped. They have a sign that says “if you can’t be nice then leave”they need to heed their own advice!!!!
