After many bad experiences with groomers we never thought we would find one that took the time to get to know our dog and explained everything to us. Turning a dog who was Scared of grooms into an excited dog that now falls asleep mid groom. Can not recommend highly enough

Tucked away just outside Saxilby – if you didn’t know where to find Mystar grooming you’d never know of its existence . Via recommendation we have been taking our cockapoo for probably year now. I find Justine very professional with a relaxed demeanour that I think must come over to not only the owners but the furry customers. My dog used to start to cry as we drove in to the company I used to use, whilst I know our dog never really wants to be parted from us, she trots into Justine happily. Justine takes plenty of time with them and I never feel she rushes, just to get onto another client – correspondence is always excellent and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for reliable groomer to look after their special furry family member.Its also worth noting during these strange Covid-19 times, Justine quickly put in place procedures to prevent human contact and throughout not being able to open – I noted she’d done lots of online courses to better improve her knowledge and the service she can offer.

I cannot recommend mystars grooming highly enough. Justine is amazing at what she does and my dogs are always groomed to a high standard. My large breed dog went through the Mystars Puppy Diploma which got her used to being groomed from an early age.My small dog is disabled, Justine has groomed dogs with different disabilities and adapts her working practices to accommodate them.Justine has an amazing affinity with dogs, she has a calm and caring manner which the dogs respond to. Justine has completed many dog behaviour qualifications and is constantly updating her skills, i regularly ask her advice and she is so knowledgeable on everything from grooming products and techniques to dog training.My dogs look forward to seeing Justine, she takes the time to get to know her clients and that shows. It is lovely to know that my dogs are being well cared for and enjoying the grooming experience.

Justine is incredibly patient and skilled at handling dogs of all ages and breeds. I took my Whippet puppy for regular grooming through her puppy diploma. Although not a traditional breed that may require grooming, the puppy diploma was ideal to get my puppy used to being handled by someone else in a positive way.With a whippets sensitive nature it was important my puppy was having positive experiences being handled. Arthur enjoyed it so much he would often nap when being dried on the table! This has truly set Arthur up for vet visits too as he has such positive experiences being on the table.I actively recommend Mystars to my training / behaviour customers who have dogs who have anxieties about the grooming process. She takes a positive approach and all customers who then take their dogs to be groomed by her have dogs who are much happier with the grooming process and being handled.I would highly recommend Mystars Grooming.

My dogs have been going to Justine at Mystars Grooming for a few years now, she does an amazing job on both of them, they come home looking and smelling gorgeous, one is a Shihtzu,the other a long haired Chihuahua. She has a lovely salon and is very accommodating with appointments, she uses lovely products and is very knowledgeable and has helped me out on many occasion with skin and coat queries. Justine is so good at her job, she is kind and caring, my dogs love her!

We have taken our dog to Justine since Monkey was a puppy, and we did the puppy grooming certificate to get her used to being groomed. Justine is always gentle and caring and she takes her time, to do a great job. Monkey always looks fantastic after grooming. I can highly recommend MyStars Grooming.

I took my puppy Connie for her first groom today. She was her diva self and Justine went at Connie's pace, she let Connie have all the time she needed to trust her, calmly talking to her. When I picked her up she then loved Justine running round wagging her tail But she looked and smelled fantastic. Next appointment all ready booked and no hesitation in recommending her!

I have taken my Cockapoo to Mystars Grooming a few times now and am really pleased with the quality of grooming here. Having a thick coat, which often gets very knotty, Justine knows exactly how to make my dog feel comfortable and look her best!

I was a little worried about taking Hugo to a groomer as he's nervous around strangers and all things new. I needn't have worried as Justine took incredible care of Hugo. I stayed with Hugo throughout the groom so he wasn't too worried and Justine took her time with him and did her best to make Hugo feel at ease. I wouldn't think about taking him anywhere else.
