Absolutely brilliant staff. Can't recommend it enough.My youngest has suspected HFA plus anxiety issues. They are all so patient and friendly to him. Great wee shop.

Great selection of toys easy to find a gift for any child although not best pleased with the service I received. The ball I purchased look cheap and substandard. I inquired with the cashier about a gadget set saying I could only see the pink version. She didn’t bother to check said if you can only see the pink we wont have it yet when I left and ordered for click and collect I could pick up not even 30 minutes later so they did have it and thats another tip I have to make. Also a little cheeky the cashier saying oh you want a bag now when she missed that had asked for one but she did apologise for that. Will be back in again as the kids love it but just not the customer service expected from the entertainer

Christmas eve I visited I asked the male staff member before entering are you still open he replied yes so I was in the shop not even 5 minutes got to around the cars /lego area and the female that was behind till came took my basket to start scanning and bagging which made me feel rushed and forget what I was just about to buy so I grabbed a few things went to til and the male was closing the doors now had he said they were just closing I would have just left going in

Brilliant toy shop for kids of all ages. Lots of bargain reductions on some items if you take time to look for them. Always worth a visit !
