Rude staff, I brought a braker walked out the shop to my van and realised it was the wrong one, went back onto the shop and ask if I could change it for the one I needed and was told it will be a 20% handling charge, they are a complete rip off, bad for business, also very very expensive too.Management need to look into this. Like I say rude staff

Deliveries I’m an independent delivery person. This is the second Edmunson’s I have delivered too and found the staff in the goods in area just down right rude & unhelpful. I have been when there were two cable winders who just turned round and looked at me then blanked me even though I had unloaded waiting for a signature. Twas too much trouble for them.
