Needed a new front door lock as just moved to a new house. Brilliant service, came out when he said, great price and fitted in no time at all. Happy and secure again and with 3 keys. Would not hesitate to use again and have already enquired about a new lock on side gate once that’s renewed. Thanks again.

Ed offers a responsive, friendly and professional service with an excellent knowledge of locks and doors.The handle broke on our front door mid morning and he came round mid afternoon to replace it.A few days later he came back at short notice to sort out some teething problems we were having.We have been very satisfied with the flexible and helpful service he has provided. We had an ongoing problem with our patio door. Ed came out quickly and within a very short time had fixed it. He also replaced the lock with a stronger and more secure one. Costs are very reasonable indeed. Highly recommended!

We had that heart stopping realisation we had locked our self's out of our house. We called the lock guy who was able to come out immediately. We had things to do so agreed to meet later that day. He was smack on time , polite and solved the problems very quickly. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend This company

I can’t recommend Lock Guy too highly.Communication was excellent, arrived early, wonderful job changing faulty locks, supplied new locks at reasonable cost, left working areas spotless and was such a very pleasant person.Fair price and so would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

Ed was on time, really friendly and so professional. He changed a broken lock in our front door as well as adjusted it as it wasn’t closing properly. The door closes and locks like new. It really is lovely having a lock guy like Ed.I really do high recommend him.Thank you Ed.Oh and the text the day before to confirm the time is a really nice touch.

Ed, replaced a very old back door lock, so old they don’t make it anymore! Therefore he researched and found a replacement. Ed kept me well informed at all times. Ed is very professional and efficient. Also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Ed and use him again.
