Very rude, and wasn’t professional how he was talking to me the young boy, he was asking me to give my bank card to keep in their store then I could’ve put petrol, how is it possible just hand it over my bank card, even I don’t think this is the rule of petrol station.

One member of staff was truly horrid, cocky, arrogant and refused to give my cash back. Of course I finally got it after he tried to charge me again for the amount.

They are very slow with their service. The staff come across as nonchalant. And if you are returning a package, make sure it's a barcode, not a QR code

It's a UPS access point as well as gas station. The only reason I was there - to pick up parcel. There were lots of parcels - not surprising given Birmingham road closures and UPS' reputation. Bloke behind counter friendly and efficient.

My go to station when I am in the area. Reasonably priced fuel. They have a paid parking option aswell which is very reasonable and comes in handy when I need to visit clients in the area. They have recently updated their shop too which is great. Always have a great selection of products and have added some new refreshment options too. Great service all round!

Now its under new management the place is back to how it was and as a lot more things to buy then it did before just don't miss things up you are doing great stuff so keep it up

Fuel prices are okay. The station is on the way back from handsworth into Birmingham city centre so it's convenient
