I highly recommend Alex and Tian at A&T Designs, who we recently used for a GSI. Alex called promptly, took the time to understand my issue and then tailored the right level of approach. When he and Tian visited to inspect both were charming, but clearly know their stuff inside out. They made sure to put technical detail into layman's terms so I understood and reassured me about my concerns. Their follow up was prompt and costs seemed very fair. They were a pleasure to deal with and I'd have no hesitation to use them again.

Alex came to our new house to conduct a structural survey. The house needs complete renovations. Alex took his time surveying each room and was providing immediate feedback on what he was seeing. The report was returned within days detailing recommendations which will be extremely helpful to both the architect and the builder. The service was both cost effective and efficient...would recommend!!

Alex is extremely helpful and has assisted in ascertaining the cause of problems with a building I own. He was generous with his time explaining my options, and we discussed likely consequences of different courses of action. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of construction issues, which he conveyed in a very friendly, clear manner and I would be keen to employ him on bigger projects.
