That Tiny Bike Shop

I popped in looking for a wheel hub part and Darren was very helpful, explained how to do the job myself, and even gave me a little part I needed free of charge. An honest bike shop. definitely will come back when I need.

I had a problem with my bike that no other bike shop had been able to fix. This guy fixed it in 30 seconds. Very knowledgable, honest and friendly staff. Will be going back soon!

Help was at hand with no drama. My chain broke nearby & a passers-by recommended you. So very glad they did. Amazing friendly service with great advice. Fixed my bike & I could ride home safely.Highly recommended

Always fantastic service, kind, polite and honest.I have been a returning customer for over 4 years and I have never been let down.Any issue I have had with my bikes has been sorted out without any problem and the service is very fast. I’m often in and out of the shop in under 10 minutes. The staff are very attentive, efficient, and professional - whilst also being very warm, friendly and polite. The staff are happy to help with any problem and are also willing to teach me things I could know.I am always welcomed for any reason and the staff very obviously care a lot about their customers and being a great service within the community.Compared to other bike/repair shops in the area That Tiny Bike Shop is by far the best value for money. This reflects accurately on the staffs generosity and honesty, they are not looking to rip people off or take advantage of making extra profit. They are genuinely a great service and a strong business. I will forever be returning to TTBS and I wholly recommend it to anyone else who appreciates amazing quality service at a very reasonable price.5/5 Well Deserved.

Awesome bike shop, popped in for some new road tyres, Daz the mechanic recommended gator skins , £80 for the two with free fitting due to cycle uk being onsite teaching basic bike maintenance. Will be using this bike shop for a road bike service in the new year. Staff are so friendly. Very happy to have a good relationship with your local bike shop.

Absolutely fabulous shop. I got a great deal on a 2nd hand bike. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable . On my latest visit was offered cake and tea on their cycle awareness day. I would highly recommend anyone to call in and check them out.

Outstanding service!I phoned ahead, to check stock.Darren gave his time and advice without any pressure / hard-sell, he helped get the right set up for a new bike for my daughter. She's tall for her age, so is between the Frog 44 and 47 for size. He suggested a solution which no other bike shop / salesperson had, and this meant that my daughter can go for the Frog 47, which will last much longer than the smaller model.I am so grateful for your time and advice, and I've got a very happy little girl!!!!!!!
