What brilliant service! I took my wedding and engagement rings in to be resized and got quoted a (still very reasonable) 5 day wait. 24 hours later I get a call saying they’re ready to be collected. The craftsmanship is true quality and they’ve even been cleaned for me. Good as new! Thank you John for your hard work and Tracy for the friendly and professional customer service. Wow,wow, wow.thank you Tracy, Yvonne and John what an amazing service. I took in what I thought was old tatty gold turned out to be worth £150! Exceptional service, Tracy and Yvonne are so super friendly and really helped me get a new ring, have it resized and I collected the very next day. 100% satisfied with everything and will most definitely visit again. I took my engagement ring into the store today as the claw was showing signs of movement. Tracy, Hannah and John fixed the ring and even polished it for me which I was thrilled about! I was recently recommended Bassam Jewellers by a retired jeweller in the area who pointed me to Bassam's for some bespoke work I wanted them to do.From first visit to the shop with Tracey and Simon giving their best advice, time and patience I decided to commission them to take what was a very beautiful 7 diamond ring and redesign it into 4 rings , one for me and one each for my three daughters.So 1 4 stone ring and 3 single stone rings , they are breathtakingly beautiful, and it is safe to say I am over the moon with the work they have provided.This commission work has allowed me to specify exactly what I wanted and repurpose a piece of jewelry for future generations too!Thanks so much to Tracey and Simon you are an asset to the company.I would recommend in a heart beat!

Me and my girlfriend took her gold bangle passed down from her nan in a few months ago to look at it getting repaired as the clasp was loose and kept coming undone, the man advised it was ‘scrap’ and was going to charge us £300+ to repair, but advised us against getting it repaired as again he told us it was ‘just scrap’ and to get it weighed in for cash, barring in mind this was passed down from her nan and was extremely sentimental. Just recently we’ve taken it elsewhere, a small family owned jewellers within the Jewellery Quarter, they fixed it for £70, brand new clasp, back safe, secure & polished again and they valued it for £1200, so not ‘scrap’ at all. Shop around before you listen to these guys, tried to rip us right off, daylight robbery.

Had an absolutely stunning ring made here! I showed the jewellers photos of something I'd like made. They somehow made it even better! I am thrilled and will go here again.

My engagement ring stone became loose and after getting terrible customer service from the online company As i purchased it from i decided to visit bassam. As soon as I walked into the shop, Tracey was so helpful and took a real interest in my ring and the problems I'd had. We came up with a solution and a quote there and then and I left my ring for the work to be carried out to have more claws added. The next day I had a call from Tracey to discuss Kevin's advice on what we should do to prevent the stone becoming loose again and I was advised that it really only needed one claw not two. When I collected my ring days later it looks just like new and you cannot tell the new claw from the originals the workmanship is perfection. I'm over the moon and really greatful. I have recently received my Nuclear Test Medal for service on Christmas Island in the central Pacific.Our local Jewellers has engraved the edge with my name rank and number and made a Silver bar for display purposes.They have done a superb job and I would highly recommend them.Thank you sincerely Terence.

My experience with bassams in Kidderminster was in feb/March time. I took my moms wedding ring in enquiring as to whether they could melt it down and make it into two smaller sized rings one for myself and one for my sister as my wedding was in March. amazing service from start to finish really helpful staff wouldn’t go anywhere else now for anything that bassams offer great experience
