When I phoned to complain about wasps still flying around 5 days after their pest control man had treated the nest, I was told they don’t offer any guarantees. This non guarantee is in a small tick box on their Work Report/invoice which I was asked to sign but was never told. I was also told by this woman on the phone that they don’t look round the house to check if there are other nests. I have to pay the full amount (about £140) for them to come out again.

The service we got from Daren was extremely good. Daren in fact went beyond the call of duty because the problem that he solved was quite odd. He was also very good with my 97 year old Mother who can be quite critical if she doesn’t immediately like someone, therefore her approval is a good recommendation.

Had a frosted double glazed unit that cracked inside. The fitter came, fitted a temporary pane of glass whilst having a replacement unit made then came back 2 weeks later to fit the new exact replica unit. Great customer service and fitted without mess! Highly recommended company.

Booked a job that they didn't turn up to, or bother to call to advise late/another day. Super unprofessional service considering card details are taken when the job is booked. Some random company now have my details for nothing.

Were more expensive than others but said they could do same day so I went with them but they subsequently rang and said they wouldn’t actually be able to do it.They apologised but it was a complete waste of time whilst we waited for them to turn up.
