Called up and after a quote took cracked phone down immediately. They replaced the screen, showed us the damaged one when removed and replaced it . Took about 20-25 minutes whilst we waited.Kept us informed as the repair was taking place and were very friendly .It has a one year guarantee so that’s piece of mind.Feels like a new phone ! Just been to Repair Lab in Ilkley as I dropped my wife's iphone!!!!I can not express how fantastic the chap is in there.The whole phone was repaired and like brand new in 30 mins. He saved my bacon big time and I would recomend anyone with a phone tablet go see this guy, just fantastic service A1 all the way even on price! Thank you Repair Lab.

The Repair Lab in Ilkley replaced the battery in my iPad. They had to order the battery in, phoned me when it arrived a couple of days later and replaced it that day in about half an hour. Very fast, efficient service. Thank you.

Superb Service.I had three laptops repaired here. Lewis was unrelenting in getting all three repaired. This required a long and arduous hunt on several continents for the proper parts, including a hunt for a foreign spec replacement screen. He persisted, and in the end all three machines, each a unique model with unique service needs, were repaired to full function. I was indeed very impressed. The price was quite reasonable as well. In the end I ended up with new life in high end laptops which had been abused by my daughters. I really think many other repair shops would have just handed them back to me with an apology and a service fee, but these folks saw it through to the end. And Lewis was quite cheerful about it throughout.I will be going back here when my electronics give out or when I need a new phone battery. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had my iPhone 7+ screen replaced with what I was informed to be a ‘genuine’ replacement, paying £110 instead of £90 for a non-genuine replacement.Overall, my experience was positive. The screen works perfectly and seems to be as good quality as the original.I phoned up one morning and they had the replacement screen at the shop by 11am. I brought my phone to them at 5:15pm and they said it would be ready to be collected at 5:45pm. When I returned, I was told that there was an issue with the replacement screen, which showed up during testing - the screen wasn’t responding to touch. So an employee left the shop with the screen to have the ‘supplier’ look at the issue. This was disconcerting, as the set-up seemed a little unprofessional and I wondered if they were selling me a non-genuine screen after all…After a while, the employee returned with the screen and said the issue was resolved, having to do with the screen protector. Another colleague put the screen on the phone and the phone was brought out to show me. When they brought it to me, the screen was on very low brightness. I turned the brightness up and the screen began to flicker, which made the employee seem a bit nervous. They called the supplier, who assured them that the flicker would stop, once the screen had ‘warmed up’. I was sceptical but thought I could always come back and request a refund if it didn’t stop. I made sure to request a physical receipt before I left the shop and then paid the remaining cost.To my slight surprise, when I arrived home the flicker had stopped. The screen has been perfect since then!So, despite wondering whether I was being intentionally deceived, the end product is fantastic. I can’t verify that the screen is ‘genuine’ and the employee confessed that it was actually ‘refurbished genuine’, with a new piece of glass stuck to an old digitiser. However, the screen is perfect and I can’t complain. Why not reuse old digitisers? Reduce electronic waste.It is also worth noting that both employees I interacted with stayed later than they were officially open until and did sort out the issue. Thanks to them!Overall, I recommend this service to you. They are decent people! Don’t be put off by slight unprofessionalism and obscurity.

Brilliant service today at the Ilkley branch. The guy who fixed my phone was polite and knowledgeable and also gave me great advice on how to look after the battery life. Really quick turnaround - I explained the urgency as I needed it quickly for work and they were so understanding! Thanks Repair Lab!
