Let's get the only negative out of the way first, delivery was a day late which was entirely down to the use of FedEx, an unfortunate choice.However, I had reason to communicate with Quirkhub about my order and their response was prompt, relevant and helpful.I ordered their wood and copper magnetic knife stand and it was received in good order, perfectly packaged and with a little bonus gift too.The stand itself is well constructed, the magnetic hold is spot on, it holds my 5 good knives extremely well without taking up much worktop space.I am delighted and feel that this was money well spent.I would not hesitate in recommending Quirkhub, not just for the standard of workmanship but also for the range of products offered.

Quite the rip off. The product we ordered didn’t suit in the end so we packed and returned it only to be told it had been ‘irreparably damaged’ incurring a 35% deduction from our refund. This is really not apparent from the images we were sent and the reality is that it was a cheap, flimsy feeling, shoddy product that wouldn’t hold a flannel never mind a towel. Couldn’t be fit for purpose if it didn’t survive postage eh?And we obviously paid for the delivery back. Nice scam. Thanks James! Won’t forget this! AND WHERE’S THE REFUND?

We purchased two copper plant stands in December 2019. By March 2020, the centre solder joint gave way. These are not robust as items and are not fit for purpose, in the current design. I suggest that until the two 90 degree pipe bend solder together is redesigned that you should not purchase this item.

absolutly untrustworthy - We tried to buy copper door handles that I found online, but never received any information about the delivery status until I asked them numerous times. All they gave us were excuses and blaming others why this couldnt be delivered or why that takes so long. After four weeks we received notification that we had to pay additional money because their calculations were incorrect. We denied and now are still waiting for our money back! Absolutly untrustworthy and I highly recomment that no one is trying to buy your products. Besides treating your customers very badly you make them lose a lot of money.

I didn't need to create an account - I could just order & go, multiple payment options Inc Klarna so you can pay by installments if you want to. Email updates throughout, including updates on delivery. It was delivered on-time, the order was packaged really well (so no damage) hung them up and they look lovely! Thank you! 5⭐ service!

Ordered Antique Copper hanging light shades ,, received very new and shiny looking copper shades definitely not antique looking.Very dissapointed.If you want shiny and new looking copper shades go to B & Q half the price and easier to take back.
