I have purchased my two sewing machines in the past 15 years from this shopThe owner is a wonderful exceptional man so very helpful, and any problems he sorts them straight away no matter how smallI always have my sewing machines serviced there to an excellent quality, he services your machine while you go shopping. Amazing customer service, my sewing machine was very much in need of TLC. This was no issue, I dropped it off Thursday lunch time, by 4pm I had a call as to what was needed and cost, 24hrs later the machine was ready for collection. Bits had come off and were loose, such as the thread feeder, this was put back as new.Very pleased, always friendly, helpful advice. 100% reccomend.Sewing machine used yesterday, working great.

Great selection of sewing machines and Geoff the shop keeper is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I managed to jam the Pfaff I bought recently (well priced secondhand model) and he was very accommodating both on the phone and when I took it back. Nothing is too much trouble. Good old fashioned customer service. So glad I didn't buy online (I would've ended up with an inferior machine albeit new and could've had a big problem considering what I managed to do with it!).

I regularly take my sewing machine here for servicing and have bought an overlocker from the shop which I’m really happy with. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful he can’t do enough for you. I’m hoping to upgrade my sewing machine here soon to one of the Pfaff sewing machines.

Been a customer of Geoff for many years, bought a couple of Pfaff sewing machines and a Pfaff Embroidery Machine off him. The cost of his machines are very reasonable and more importantly Geoff always provides excellent aftercare service, I would be lost without him.
