Commonwealth games aquatic swimming pool

Excellent facility, very impressive. But bringing my little one here for her first swimming lesson since the old pool closed and they could have done with much better temporary signage for the first few weeks explaining who goes where. Poor management team I would imagine, as this should have been thought of. Queues for desk were huge and we were concerned we'd miss her class, so I just went and found a staff member to help. Nothing explained in the email from SLT about how to navigate first transferred lesson. Also pool for beginners (studio pool) is 1.2m deep, old pool was much shallower. This bit was not well thought out for kids. Good facility, way it's managed needs improvement.

Fantastic venue, plenty of parking, loads of staff to guide you, and the pools are amazing. They have hydraulic floors enabling variable water depths. State of the art gym. Also all types of classes available

Only issue is mixed changing. Would have thought it would be separate. In the group changing there's no cubicles to get changed.

State of the art facility, admin is a bit chaotic at the moment. Just 'teething' problems I expect.Excellent facilities for various sports.I hope the maintenance lives up to the conditions.

Good tour, brilliant facilities. Mark very informative and passionate about the centre's role for the community.

Waiting nearly 20 minutes to pay to go swimming. Paid for a family session and didn't get that. Was kicked out the pool for not having a wristband, to which we wasn't given 1 got asked to prove this while standing at the side of the pool with a autistic child thinking his done something wrong. Got scammed by this place and won't be coming back. Having to explain to a autistic child, sorry, no more swimming. If your coming here be careful

Disappointed with the sectioning of the swimming pool during swimming lessons. The pool for non swimmers is deeper than the pool stage 4 lessons are being held.Mixed gender changing rooms, never seen staff in there to make sure noone is watching" the children changing"

Very nice, building is great as you'd expect from a place that hosted part of the swimmimg Olympics, best part is if adults have kids then the kids go free, bonus
