LMC Physio & Fitness Rugby (Pavilions)

It's been more than a year that I am treated by the wonderful team at LMC Physio and I cannot recommend them enough. My treatments are with Loren who is phenomenal and still helping me to get better every time. Also, I have recently taken my mum who was treated by Keir, she was absolutely happy with the treatment. My mum struggled to walk due a terrible pain in the heel, soon after the first treatment she felt better, the exercises suggested were perfect. She was here on holidays and she was so grateful of all the attention received. Thank you team! Thank you Loren and Keir :).

I came to LMC as I had a recurring knee pain in my prep for a marathon. I was 2 months out and I couldn't run more than 10 minutes because of the pain. 1 month later, Laura had got me back to running a half marathon!

Fantastic experience with Keir supporting our eldest with a sports injury. Built an excellent relationship with our son and the explanations were brilliant in terms of level of detail and as a reason for specific exercises being done - always useful with a teenager! Made the sessions ‘fun’ and engaging - will be back when the inevitable next sporting injury occurs!

After having severe knee pain particularly when playing netball, Kier identified the problem and within a few weeks, I was feeling a difference.
