The Willows at the Woodmans

On 31st March we had out wedding day, and wow what an amazing day it was! Our wedding co-ordinators were fabulous from the very start to the very end. We couldn't of asked for any more! The staff went above and beyond. The venue was clean, tidy, well managed, very organised. I'd 100percent recommend the Willows as a Wedding Venue.

We recently had our wedding here and we cannot recommend The Willows at the Woodmans enough. The venue is absolutely stunning and in beautiful surroundings. The Willows team are all so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of booking and organising the day. On the wedding day, Kirsty and her team were so helpful and organised so that the day ran so smoothly and ensured we had the best day. The food is so tasty and all our guests commented on how it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten! We had the most perfect day here and can not speak highly enough about the whole Willows team and venue.

My band Boys of Brass and I played this venue for the first time on a rare Thursday evening wedding fixture. There was snow! Not enough to threaten the gig however. The staff, client, grub and beer quality was absolutely bang on the money. It's a nice looking place too. Bands be aware though.....there's a sound restriction at 96dB (actually taking it down to 90dB). This does not make it any easier to play so please be prepared. Regardless, give this place a look in for your wedding or generic function job. Taxi fare from Toon is £20 max.

We got married here last year, we literally went in to have alook and ended up booking our wedding. The place is beautiful, the staff are amazing and they just tend to your every need. They are always on the phone in case of any changes. The whole day of the wedding couldn't of went any better and I wouldn't change a thing.

We had the most amazing wedding day here from start to finish. The venue is absolutely stunning, the food is amazing and the staff are fantastic. We had so many positive comments from our guests. I would like to say a huge thank you to our wedding planners who made the whole process so easy (and for fixing my wedding dress when the strap snapped!).If we could choose any venue in the country to redo our wedding, we'd still choose this one!

Here for my sons wedding. A small but gorgeous venue. Everything was really dressed and to a fantastic standard. Rooms where furnished and decorated to a high quality. Would recommend.

Where do we start!The rooms all looked phenomenal, colourful and beautifully presented. It was an exceptional service and team were very good at keeping the bride calm and coping with her tears before she went down the aisle. The service was absolutely faultless and very special to us all. Thank you for ensuring that the day ran smoothly and very effectively, it really was a pleasure to have.The team really embraced our madness and were always willing to help. Overall, WOW! Rainbows, unicorns, dinosaurs, games, glow sticks and fantastic fun had by everyone. All of the guests said what an amazing venue the Willows is and how very special everything was. We are thrilled with everything and we really wanted to express our gratitude.

The Willows is truly outstanding! Great value for money, with the best team you could wish for. Beautiful venue/setting with the best food you'll ever have at a wedding! So many guests commented that it was the best wedding they had been to! Big shout out to Kayleigh, Kirsty and the rest of the team for giving us our dream wedding! BOOK NOW you won't regret it!

What a beautiful wedding venue! Decor was fabulous, staff friendly and attentive and the pizzas on an evening were just wow!
