I wish we’d done this years ago.Over the moon with the service to date, and the speed is incredible.It’s saving me masses of time not having to (badly) proof read everything, and saving the design team time on making changes etc.It’s definitely notched us up in the service we offer to our clients.

I found voice notes a valuable service with regard to recording vital information. The tool was easy to use and very efficient. In addtion to this Kirstie and her team were joy to work with and helped make the process an enjoyable experience for the end user.

VoiceNotes continue to deliver a great service and we are always impressed by their accuracy and speed. They blend tech with HI (human intelligence) so even complex notes containing lots of acronyms and sector-specific jargon are delivered correctly and in context. VoiceNotes are head and shoulders above other providers in the transcription and proof-reading market- especially the free app versions which sound great, but in practice have failed us spectacularly.

Having recently had our website proofread by VoiceNotes, I was incredibly impressed with how much they picked up - not just a couple of typos, but also suggested changes to some of the phrasing to make it more impactful to make sure our product is being represented in the best way possible. They provided a fast and thorough service and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again for future projects.
