I'm glad these yummy airy pancakes have made it to Bristol now at Chill Tea. I've had soufflé pancakes in Japan and these definitely do it justice.We each ordered a single pancake (£5.8 for one, £7.5 for two at time of review) in three flavours. Mine was the brown sugar cheese cream; a strong cheesy flavour and thick cream. The pancakes were true to the soufflé texture - not undercooked at all. Personally, my favourite was the strawberry cream. I hope they will expand the flavours!A good amount of seating and warm service from the staff.This place seems to have some connection with the Nice Spice restaurant next door because they offer a 50p discount on specific drinks if you get takeaway from NS.Card and cash is accepted.

The fruity drinks look very nice. However the soufflé is not fully cooked as you can see the egg white bit on the photo. Otherwise it will taste amazing. I ate the cooked bit from the bottom tho.
