What a great company to deal with.I called Melton Caravan & Motorhome Servicing to see if they would do some warranty work for me and was told to send an email to Ryan with pictures and the caravan details because he was on holiday.I emailed Ryan and he replied the same day even with him being on holiday, he also advised me what to do to stop the problem getting worse and he also sorted my parts and sent me an estimated delivery date for the parts..... he was on holiday what great customer service.The job was done as promised to a great standard. I will be using this company for all my future servicing and repairs.Thank you Ryan and Marie

I took my 2022 Coachman Acadia 675 Extra 8 foot wide twin axle caravan to Melton Caravan & Motorhome Services for its first service a few weeks ago. Ryan, who has worked on a few caravans I've owned in the past & is very methodical in the way he works, was straight in there with an issue I've been having with the motor movers since I bought the caravan nearly a year ago brand new. This was not what I brought the van in for but it just so happened that the issue presented itself while moving the caravan into his workshop.Even though the movers are still being sorted under warranty by Power Touch & the dealer I bought the caravan from which I must say has gone back & forth to them 4 times as well as having the dealer come to my premises once & the engineers from Power Touch twice with no luck in finding the issue that is still on going, Ryan thought he would have a quick look although being dealt with under warranty he was limited to what he could try, so unfortunately he was unable to fix it. He did this off his own back without me asking which I thought was amazing.Anyway I left him to get on with my service which passed all checks etc with flying colours & I was on my way back home again.Although Ryan's new workshop is further for me to drive than where I bought the caravan from, I would rather do the 228 mile round trip to have Ryan do the work than anyone else.On my return home I even got a message from Ryan asking whether I got back safe, which for me was a nice touch.I highly recommend Melton Caravan & Motorhome Services for all work undertaken that is thorough & of high quality.

I fully Recommend Melton Caravan & Motorhome servicing, After 22 years caravaning and owning 8 new caravans I've always used main dealers for service, warranty and fitment of accessories, I was looking to have a Avtex router and aerial fitted to my 8 month old caravan, my main dealer didn't appear to be interested but after finding Melton Caravan & Servicing, Ryan and Marie were very helpful and completed the job to my satisfaction (maintaining the swift body Warranty). After returning home I cancelled my service booked with Main dealer and booked it in with Ryan which as been completed this week by Ryan and Marie - I've never had this before but they also found items that they got covered under warranty that I hadn't noticed.Very well done both of you - over the moon with the service and will be back next year for service.

Options for caravan servicing alongside Swift warrenty work in Leicester are limited and we have recently started using Melton Caravans for both.The level of customer support shames that of other experiences.Ryan is always most helpful, he's recently fitted us in at short notice to investigate a water leak, the claim was submitted to Swift and was promptly approved again with this being our second claim.

Ryan and Marie are excellent. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They have done our servicing and helped us with issues when we have been stuck. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very impressed with Ryan’s attitude and outlook. The standard of front of m/home overseal work and the fitting of an additional TV point was excellent accompanied by a habitation service. All work delivered on time and without additional work ‘being found’. Highly recommended.

Recommended via a social media caravan group with high praise for the service they provided. Very impressed with my experience. Main reason was for a full caravan service with some other issues that I couldn’t tackle. Some issues raise by Ryan on service/inspection followed with a phone call on his findings prior to rectifying. Not pushy but valued the professional considerations for work that needed to be carried out. I found the invoice to be fair for the work completed. After calling a number of main Caravan dealers in my area explaining my problem was urgent as I was due to go away in 3 days time none could help or didn't return my call.I could not leave without the repair as it was unsafe.I found this company on line and surprisingly they were quite near to me.We spoke on the phone and despite them not knowing me Ryan said bring the van straight down which I did.They checked out the problem and immediately ordered the part for next day delivery.The part came in and was fixed the next day.Giving me a day to prepare for departure.They also did not charge me an excessive amount although it was a fast job.This company is well worth checking out .They will do all my servicing and warranty work in the future.

Had a fault with my caravan heater. My previous engineer couldn’t sort it, contacted Ryan who more than helpful. The fault turned out to be quite a task which could have resulted in a very large bill if parts were just replaced. However like any true craftsman, Ryan persisted and managed to repair the heater. He kept us informed every step of the way and the resulting invoice was very reasonable. Can’t fault the service at all and they now have another satisfied customer who will use them from now on.
