Always love coming here, everyone is super friendly and always look after tou well. The floatation tank is a very welcome reset for the brain and body, top it off with a massage to get even more benefit.

What a little gem, had my 1st flotation session today @ My Calm in Leek & it was out of this world. I can't ever relax enough in a pool or the sea to float & have always wanted to.Thanks to the pool at my calm I was able not only to relax but also fall asleep.The staff are all so lovley & really helpful and friendly.I will definitely be going back & may add a massage onto the end of my next session.Thankyou so much. Xx

I had my septum pierced by Paige. Paige was both professional and made me feel at ease. I said while booking that I was nervous and was given a longer appointment. She talked me through everything and was happy to stop if/when I needed her to. She was very friendly and I can’t recommend anyone else but her. She was great! Thanks again!

I had the most wonderful massage and facial last week at My Calm. Paige was fantastic, she is incredibly skilled at her job. I left feeling really relaxed and renewed. I highly recommend anyone to go there for a little bit of a pampering.

A hidden spa, located within Becalm. It's a very small spa with limited facilities, however what makes this place stand out from all the rest is the floatation tank. Follow their social media page for monthly offers. All spa and beauty treatments are available here and the staff are informative and tentative to your needs and requests.
