Excellent service and workmanship from the get go.I called with regards to an issue I was having with my satellite setup, the lady who answered was very polite and helpful. Before I knew it, I was booked in and received a visit from, again, a very polite and extremely helpful man who straight away knew what the issue was and rectified it in no time.I would highly recommend 1st Rate Aerials & Satellites to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

We didn't have any signal through our aerials so put in a call to 1st Rate Aerials. They came out the very next day and fixed the issue. They were honest throughout, including letting us know what the issues could be and how they could resolve them, plus for what price. They were really friendly and the end cost was exactly what was quoted at the start, which we also felt was really reasonable. We were given some good advice as well with their expert knowledge. Would 100% recommend them and use again if needed.

came home from holiday to find no signal on the satellite dish....phoned 1st rate and he was able to come that afternoon.....I had a sneaky suspicion what was required, new dish and LnB, (as the existing was over 10 years old, exposed to salt air and was as rusty as heck) he fitted new ones and Freesat up and running OK....he also informed me of a nick in the cable but he repaired that and gave me advice as to if the cable fails....and didn't push to replace cable as it was fundamentally OK .I was happy with the service and the price.....would I recommend 1st rate....absolutely YES.
