Fonezone

Great service. I took my phone into Fonezone as another company had not fitted the screen properly. They fixed it within an hour. Highly recommended.

I telephone to ask a few questions regarding the screen replacement cost of a mobile phone. The person who answered the telephone was very helpful, I will definitely be calling at the store.

Had a great experience here. Needed a glass protector for my Note 10+ and they had it ready in stock. Perfectly fitted with no air bubbles and the fingerprint sensor works flawlessly too. Coudlnt be more happy :)

I absolutely do not recommend. Went to get my phone screen repaired, to begin with the screen is very low quality, but most importantly they took my original Apple battery and replaced it with a cheap knock-off battery, when the only fix I asked for was a new screen. Battery was completely fine before screen replacement, and I was able to check battery health, and there was nothing wrong with it. After screen replacement, phone kept shutting down at 20% and higher, and died one time, and didn’t even turn on after being on charge all night. Battery health said ‘Unknown Part’, and that it was not a genuine Apple part (it never said this before, but they tried to tell me it had been changed before I took it to them). They also told me that the battery that was in my phone had started to expand and was pressing against my screen. Just a ploy to get more money from me! When they opened my screen to check the battery, they also broke my face ID. Took it to another repair shop and they confirmed the battery was changed. DO NOT go for a screen replacement, or any kind of fix at all!

I got the lowest price quote for my phone screen. It was ordered on Friday. I had a call on Saturday lunchtime to say it had arrived. I went in and it was fitted in an hour. Excellent service and excellent value. Would thoroughly recommend Fonezone.

CLEVER IN REMOVING THE ORIGINAL PARTS OF THE DEVICEThe phone is turning on and off after they changed the battery of my phone. Then they said now it’s a screen problem and got the original screen out and now I have a ruined phone. The screen now has got touch sensor problems. So I had to buy a new phone. They didn’t return the original battery or the original screens. CLEVER.

iPhone battery died and left me unable to do so many things. Called to see if they they had a battery in stock, which they did and said they would fit it for me. Brilliant service, got my mobile back by 11 am and just got Wordle in 2!Happy to be communicating again.Thank you Fonezone.
