Pilates by Veena

I've been going to Veena for over 2 years and she has totally changed my view of Pilates. Her classes are small, 5-6 people, the exercises are different each week and I feel the benefit immediately. I always feel taller and more supple after a class. She explains every exercise clearly, what's it's doing and what position you should be in. If you have any specific issues, she always takes time to recommend some exercises or builds it into the class that day. Highly recommended.
