These guys help manage waste disposal at our little holiday cottage in West Cornwall. It is particularly important to us that waste is recycled whenever possible and since Cornwall council removed the public recycling bins in our village, this is a brilliant alternative.

We have been using Holiday Home Waste for collections from our holiday cottages since 2019. This enterprising business, starting from their base in North Cornwall, had expanded across the county to fulfil a need that appeared to be unmet by any other provider in the county. After extensive research, we had discovered we were unable to access a business waste collection service, largely because we are far away from any road wide enough to accommodate the enormous trucks used by most available providers. Further attempts threw up a hefty quote out of all proportion to our needs for an annual contract or a party who assured me it would be ok for me to deliver waste to their facility, over 40 miles distant, myself - it certainly would not! I cannot adequately express how relieved we were when 2 ladies came bumping up our track in their little pick-up and delivered a roll of sacks, together with instructions for use of Holiday Home Waste's services. Since then, with an occasional hiccup/misunderstanding over times of collection, they have continued to provide an exemplary service, tailored to our needs and providing for recycling of all things possible. We are losing them, due to increased costs rendering it unviable for them to continue in our location. Thankfully, it looks as though there is now a greater range of provision. Excellent service from Holiday Home Waste Collection. Rubbish & Recycling waste collections at our holiday home were the bane of my life with missed collections etc until I signed up with HHWC. We have not had one problem since I started using them 3 years ago and I could not recommend them highly enough.

This company was recommended to us and we have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient at removing our holiday home waste. They are flexible and able to change collection days and make extra collections if needed. The personnel are lovely people and willing to go that extra mile. I spotted an advert for this company in Cornwall Living magazine. I was struggling to find a waste collection company that met the needs of our small holiday rental, most companies would only quote fixed annual prices.Holiday Home Waste are a perfect fit for our needs. The collection team are always polite, generally turn up when expected. The customer team are responsive and helpful. I like that we don't need to put bins by the road. This is particularly helpful when we have change overs on different days to the normal
